Customised Manifold Solutions

Bronkhorst High-Tech is offering innovative solutions for many different applications in many different markets. In addition to the standard product line, the company provides tailor-made, complete fluid control solutions for O.E.M. systems.

	Top-mount systems, elastomer or metal sealed surface mount component technology, mass flow meter / mass flow controller / pressure transmitter / pressure controller, according to 1-1/8" or 1-½" industry standards MPC / MS3, IGCII and OMUG.
	FLOW-SMS series, compact mounting rail system with one or more mass flow or pressure sensor modules that can be combined with control valves, shut-off valves, mixing chambers, filters or any other functional module as per customer's request. The specifications are open for discussion. Flow ranges between approx. 5 mln/min up to 50 ln/min or even higher. Pressure ranges between 0-100 mbar and 0-10 bar absolute or gauge.
	MANI-FLOW series, combines various functions into one compact device. On a compact manifold one or more mass flow or pressure sensors modules can be combined with control valves, two- or three-way valves, shut-off valves, filters or any other functional module as per customer's request. Flow ranges between 0-5 mln/min and 0-50 ln/min air-equivalent; higher on request. Pressure ranges between 0-100 mbar and 0-10 bar absolute or gauge.
	IQ+FLOW series, chip-sensor based mass flow or pressure sensor modules can be combined with miniature control valves, two- or three-way valves, shut-off valves, filters or any other functional module as per customer's request. Due to micro solid state technology (MEMS), Bronkhorst has been able to halve the footprint dimension of the modules to 0.75", thereby realising the ultra compact manifold solutions. Flow ranges between 0-20 mln/min and 0-2 ln/min air-equivalent; higher on request. Typical pressure ranges of the order of 2-100 psi.
