革新的な超音波流量計/コントローラES-FLOW™ ES-112Cは、小内径のセンサーチューブと超音波流速計測技術を用い、0.4...200 ml/minの液体流量を高い精度、高い直線性、低圧力損失で測定するよう設計されております。液体流量を流体の密度、温度、粘度に関係なく測定でき、それゆえ液種毎の再校正が不要です。流量計の流路はストレートセンサーチューブで、壁面の外側にアクチュエータが設置されます。それゆえ、機器の洗浄が容易です。全ての接液部品はステンレス鋼とPEEKからなり、アルミニウム製ハウジングに納められております。機器に内蔵のPIDコントローラにより制御弁やポンプを動かすことが可能で、完結したコンパクトな制御ループを容易に構築できます。

Bronkhorst^®のES-FLOW™シリーズにはデジタルPCボードが搭載されており、高精度、優れた温度安定性、高速応答を実現致します。メインの電子基板には測定・制御のための全般的な機能が内蔵されております。標準のデジタルRS232出力に加え、機器にはアナログI/Oにも対応致します。オプションの通信用基板を搭載することで、CANopen®, DeviceNet™, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK or FLOW-BUSといった通信プロトコルに対応可能です。
