Bronkhorst^® 모델 FG-110C 고성능 질량 유량계(MFM)는 진공과 100 bar 사이의 압력에서 0,014…0,7 ml_n/min 과 0,18…9 ml_n/min 사이의 유량범위를 정밀하게 측정하는데 적합합니다. MFM은 열 질량 센서와 신호 및 필드버스 변환 기능이 있는 마이크로프로세서 기반의 PC-Board 및 별도로 장착된 제어 밸브를 통해 선택적 질량 흐름 제어를 위한 PID 컨트롤러로 구성됩니다.

EL-FLOW^® Prestige 시리즈에는 디지털 PC-Board를 탑재하여 높은 정확도와 우수한 온도 안정성 및 빠른 응답을 제공합니다. 메인 디지털 PC-Board에는 측정 및 제어에 필요한 모든 일반 기능이 포함되어 있습니다. 유량계는 표준 RS-232 출력 외에도 아날로그 I/O을 제공합니다. 옵션으로 On-board 인터페이스를 탑재하여 통신 프로토콜 CANopen®, DeviceNet™, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU, ASCII or TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK or FLOW-BUS을 제공합니다. EL-FLOW^® Prestige는 Multi Gas / Multi Range 기능을 갖추고 있어 (OEM)고객에게 최적의 유연성과 프로세스 효율성을 제공합니다.
