マスフローメータ・コントローラmini CORI-FLOW™はコリオリ流量計測原理に基づく小型で高精度な製品で、小流量マーケットの要求を満たすように設計されました。ブロンコスト（Bronkhorst^®）のマスフローコントローラ（MFC）ML120V21は流量200 g/hまで（窒素換算で0...2.66 ln/min）、最大運転圧力0.5 MPaまでのガスおよび液体の正確な測定にご利用頂けます。

マスフローコントローラはマルチレンジ機能を備えております。工場において校正されたレンジから、元の精度仕様を維持したままお客様ご自身でレンジの変更が可能です。機器には信号処理とフィールドバス信号変換、PIDコントローラを備えたマイクロプロセッサベースの電子基板を搭載しており、内蔵のピエゾバルブにて流量制御致します。
