小流量ガス用マスフロー・圧力メータ

FLEXI-FLOWのモデルFF-M10とFF-M11は小型のマスフロー・圧力メータ・コントローラで、流量レンジ（フルスケール）0…500 mln/minから0…20 ln/minまでの流量測定、真空から1.7 MPa (a)までの圧力測定に対応します。機器にはキャピラリーMEMS技術ベースの高速応答・高安定性のマスフローセンサと高精度・高信頼性のバイパス技術が盛り込まれております。独自の特許取得済みTCS（Through Chip Sensor）技術により、正確で、温度やライン圧力に事実上非依存の質量流量測定を実現します。機器に内蔵された22種のガス向けデータベース、温度および上下流圧力センサとにより、正確なオンボードコンバージョンを実現します。このマルチパラメータ機器により、有用なプロセス情報を取得頂けます。
