Compact Manifold Systems for lab equipment and industrial applications
A machine builder in surface treatment faced a familiar challenge: Increasingly smaller cabinets with more and more components.
The wish? A plug-and-play solution that’s easy to assemble, without the need for expensive, specialized parts. Together with the customer, we developed a modular system that was fully tested, leak-certified, and delivered ready to use.
The result: lower failure costs, faster assembly, and greater reliability in the field.
We see similar needs in the analytical market. Think of benchtop analyzers where space is limited and cleanliness is crucial. For a customer in this sector, we developed a miniature manifold solution (7x7x7 cm) with integrated flow and pressure control, including a split-vent valve. This solution met strict requirements for cleanliness and accuracy, and after an iterative development process, was successfully integrated into their ICP-MS system.
