Mass Flow Meter/Controller for gases in hazardous areas

These intrinsic safe EX-FLOW instruments are suitable for use in Zone 1 and comply with ATEX, IECEx, TIIS and KCs standards. The EX-FLOW is available as both a meter and a controller. With their rugged and industrial-style (IP65) design, the EX-FLOW gas flow instruments are a good fit for industrial applications. Especially in the chemical industry, fuel cell technology, gas distribution systems, hydrogenation processes and biogas production processes.
