  • Support instrument sizing and configuration, including flow ranges, materials, connections, and calibration options.
  • Interpret customer requirements and match them to appropriate instrumentation solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for configured hardware and accessories.
  • Track open quotations and support sales staff, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Validate pricing and product options.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy against quoted configurations.
  • Enter and manage orders within ERP systems.
  • Provide delivery updates and shipment tracking information.
  • Respond to technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and European headquarters.
